Quick-Tach Sunflower Pan Kits

Great in the Field.  Gates Quick-Tach Sunflower Pans are designed to gently harvest sunflowers using your existing straight head.  Each kit utilizes easy to handle 3 and 4 pan assemblies for easy installation that takes only minutes.  The durable plastic pans resist rust and weathering and provide a slick surface ideal for guiding sunflowers into the head.

Any Header and Width!  Gates Manufacturing has mounted Quick-Tach Sunflower Pan kits on several different makes and sizes of straight heads.  If we haven't done it yet, we can work with you to develop the mount system for your application.

Uses:

• Gentle harvesting of sunflowers using your existing header

Standard Features:

• 3 and 4 pan assemblies for easy handling

• Durable 48" plastic pans that resist rust and weathering

• Two bolts per assembly for quick attachment

• Designed to accept Gates Sunflower Liftrods

• Can also be used with steel pans

Options:

• Endboards available

• Gates Sunflower Liftrods can be attached to better harvest lodged sunflowers
