Great in the Field.  The primary uses of the Gates Light Tine Organic Harrow are for light residue management and weed control in-crop, plus seedbed preparation, and post-seeding operations. 

 

Saves Chemical.  With the Gates Light Tine Organic Harrow, you can control weeds in less time.  Its 5/16" x 20" tines and parallel link design are ideal for weeding operations in organic and certain row crop applications (sugar beets & potato hills).

  • Weed Control

  • Straw management after harvest

  • Seed bed preparation

  • Post-seeding field finish

  • Fertilizer and chemical application and incorporation

Standard Features:

  • Widths available: 72' to 84'

  • 2" Knuckle pin (Heaviest in Industry)

  • 8" x 8" x 1/4" wall tubing toolbar

  • 5/16" x 20" (height measured from center of coil)

  • Parallel linkage with spring left assist allows fine tuning of tine penetration

  • Manual tine angle adjustment

  • Harrow sections available in 6 bar arrangement

Options:

  • Air kits for broadcasting fertilizer, chemical, or seed

  • Tire spacing to allow for row crop applications
